Hire Graphics are a Graphics Card leasing company offering the latest and greatest graphics cards at an affordable monthly rate.
You must be at least 18 years of age to hire a graphics cards from Hire Graphics.
We need to verify that you are who you say you are and you live where you say you do to combat fraud. We also do this to make sure you are over the age of 18.
As part of our credit assessment we need to verify that you are able to afford our payments. We want to ensure you have an adequate income and hiring a graphics card will not adversely affect your financial situation.
To prove your identity you need to send us a scan of a valid photo ID depicting your current likeness, that also states your name and date of birth, a utility bill (mobile phone bills are not accepted) with your name and current address no older than three months and the last three months of bank statements showing income and expenditure.

In most cases no, but if you wish to lease a graphics card that is at a higher price tier we may ask you to verify your income to ensure hiring the graphics card will not adversely affect your financial situation.
If you change your address during the rental period, please contact us via email as soon as possible so we may update our records.
During the time of the Rental Period, Hire Graphics Ltd is the owner of the graphics card. Although, one month before the end of the rental period, you can choose to use our Purchase Option to own the graphics card after the rental period. Click here to find out more about the Purchase Option.
When the graphics card is delivered to you, the responsibility of the graphic card is passed on to you, until it is physically back in our possession.
If you are unable to make future payments you must contact us immediately to discuss your individual circumstances.

We may require you to return the graphics card back to us.
At the end of the rental period, you can either purchase the graphics card using our Purchase Option, send the old card back for a new graphics card (new lease) or just send your old card back and end your lease.
The rental period/ lease starts when you receive the graphics cards, we call this the "Commencement Date".
You will either get a new or a used graphics card, but both will be fully tested to ensure they perform to the manufacturer's standard before being allocated to a new customer.

Provided you are up-to-date with all your previous payments, we allow early upgrades with most of our graphics cards. In most cases graphics cards are eligible to be upgraded after the 5th payment on 12 month terms and the 9th payment on 18 month terms.
If your graphics card is eligible for early upgrade and you are up to date with all your payments. You can upgrade to another graphics card by contacting us by email.

We will send out a new hire agreement for you to sign and return, once we have the new hire agreements, we shall send out your selected graphics card and collect the old graphics card.

As we will be collecting payments through Direct Debit, it is very rare that this will happen. However, if we are unable to collect a payment on the due date, we will notify you by email and re-attempt to collect the payment at the next opportunity, which will be stated in the notification email.

Please note, overdue payments may be subject to additional interest charges for each day the payment is overdue.
If you have any difficulties with your graphics card let us know straight away so we can resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
If you have damaged the graphics card, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

For new customers once your application has been approved and you have agreed to our hire agreement, we aim to deliver the graphics card within 1 - 5 days.

If you have received your graphics card and you are not satisfied with it, you have 14 days from the day you received the graphics card to cancel the contract.

Yes, Hire Graphics is a financial services company offering consumer credit. Hire Graphics Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (Reference number: 716976). You can confirm our registration on the Financial Conduct Authority’s website or by contacting the Financial Conduct Authority on 0800 111 6768.
Your finance/hire agreement is with Hire Graphics Ltd. As we are also the lender we can offer finance directly without using a third party company.
Finance or “consumer credit” is a loan that you pay back in monthly installments.

Please be aware this deposit is refunded at the end of the rental period, subject to the hire agreement.
We collect the monthly payment through direct debit. The initial deposit is collected via card payment.
At the moment we only offer our service to individuals. This means you will be personally responsible for the payments and graphics card, not your business.

The hire agreement (Rental Period) is for 12 months (12 payments) or 18 months (18 payments), depending on which term length you choose.
