Once we have approved your lease and received a signed copy of the Hire Agreement. We aim to have your chosen graphics card delivered to you within 1 - 5 days. You will have to sign for the delivery of the Graphics Card.

If you change your mind about a lease, we allow you up to fourteen (14) days from the day you receive the graphics card to cancel the Hire Agreement. This means that during the cooling off period if you change your mind or decide for any other reason that you do not want the graphics card, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the Hire Agreement and receive a refund.
Example: if we provide you with a Dispatch Confirmation on 1st January and you receive the Product on 10th January you may cancel the Hire Agreement at any time between 1st January and the end of the day on 24th January.

Quick RMA Service
Should your graphics card become defective during the rental period, we aim to have you up and running with another card within seven (7) days after we receive notice from you via email of the defect. Whereas, it could take upto 8 weeks before you get your graphics card back, if you had to go directly with the manufacturer!
This means with Hire Graphics you can hopefully be back up and running in less than a week, whereas with traditional finance you may be left paying for a graphics card that you can't use for upto 8 weeks or more.
Simply contact us about your defective card, we will take you through some troubleshooting steps to determine the problem. When we are certain that your graphics card is defective we will issue you with an RMA number and start processing the RMA request. We will also ask you to uninstall the graphics card and prepare it for collection. At this stage, we will either, at our discretion send you a replacement card or loan card (of equal or greater performance) to use while we deal with the defective card. Once the card is fixed we will send it back out to you and collect the loan card. Don't worry, we'll cover all the delivery and collection costs.
